VibroMatrix is a complementary solution which protects your investments. The PC industry unfortunately does not provide any direct connection for vibration measurement. Via USB-adapter InnoBeamer, you can still transport the vibration signals into your PC. Why should it stand in the corner unused during your measurements?

Compact size, only 350 grammes

The InnoBeamer has a mass of only 130 grammes. Thus, times of carrying big instrument cases are over - more mobility for you with VibroMatrix.

Effective allocation of resources

Using available means effectively means investing precisely. Avoid unused capacities thanks to the modular conception of VibroMatrix. Start with a vibration measurement equipment suitable for your measurement task today and extend it when required.

The hardware of VibroMatrix can be extended in two steps: Each InnoBeamer has two channels and can run parallelly with other InnoBeamers.

Concerning the software, you only invest in the required functions as well. The software-instruments are specialized in certain tasks of vibration measurement. But they can also work simultaneously in order to solve complex measurement tasks.

Measurement simultaneous and in real-time

VibroMatrix comes to business at once. All instruments work simultaneously and in real-time. You can see what is going on in your measurement object immediately.

Signal recording and off-line analysis included in delivery

Recording sensor signals can be activated simultaneously with real-time measurement if required. Recording is running in the background: You can see the processed data on the screen and additionally in a file as raw data. By means of the InnoMaster Replay you can replay the raw data and analyse it again with your software instruments. Since raw data provides full information content, you can also carry out a completely different vibration analysis than during the original measurement. Using the InnoMaster Replay, you can still verify measured values from vibration measurements carried out years ago accurate to a millisecond.

Functions for teamwork

The measurement staff in field needs support from the head office for solving a vibration problem. Show the vibration problem down to the last detail to your team colleague far away: In the InnoMaster Replay, interesting measurement parts can be exported so that they are in a size suitable for e-mail transmission. Send it and your development department gets a detailed idea of the customer's vibration problem.

Buy one - use four

The clone function of VibroMatrix enables you to operate instruments simultaneously with up to 4 instances, although you only bought one instrument. For this purpose, most VibroMatrix-instruments can be duplicated with all their settings. The settings can be changed after cloning and do not depend on the original instrument. Each instrument can be cloned up to four times on your PC. If you bought 2 similar instruments, you can operate eight instances and so on.

Different workspaces ready for operation within seconds

For complex measurement tasks, you combine different instruments according to demand and operate them simultaneously. These arrangements can be saved as "workspaces" and they are reloaded within seconds. This way, you respond quickly to changing requirements of vibration measurement.

Calibration possible

The sensors and measurement instrumentation used with VibroMatrix are delivered with a work calibration. If required, we also offer the calibration of a complete measuring chain (InnoBeamer and sensor) including a calibration certificate. The calibration then can be traced back to the standard of the German Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt and fulfils all requirements for the common quality management systems.
